Vegetable Maggie Recipe

 Vegetable Maggi is a quick and easy-to-make dish that's popular in India. Here's a simple recipe for making Vegetable Maggi:




Ingredients:

2 packs of Maggi noodles (or any instant noodles)

1 small onion, finely chopped

1 small tomato, finely chopped

1 small carrot, finely chopped

1/4 cup green peas

1/4 cup sweet corn kernels

1 small capsicum (bell pepper), finely chopped

2-3 green chilies, finely chopped (optional)

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

2 cups water

1 packet of Maggi masala (included with the noodles)

Salt to taste

Fresh coriander leaves for garnish (optional)


Instructions:

Heat oil in a pan or pot. Add chopped onions and minced garlic. Sauté until onions turn translucent.


Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften.


Add chopped carrots, green peas, sweet corn kernels, and chopped capsicum. Stir well and cook for 2-3 minutes.


Pour 2 cups of water into the pan and bring it to a boil.


Once the water starts boiling, break the Maggi noodles into the pan.


Add the Maggi masala packet that comes with the noodles. Stir well to combine.


Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the packet or until they are done to your liking. Usually, it takes about 2-3 minutes.


Taste the Maggi and adjust the seasoning with salt if needed.


Once the noodles are cooked and most of the water has been absorbed, turn off the heat.


Garnish with fresh coriander leaves if desired.


Your Vegetable Maggi is ready to be served hot. Enjoy it as a quick and delicious meal! You can also customize the recipe by adding your favorite vegetables or spices to suit your taste
